Privacy notice — farm workers
This page is for workers of farms using yaya.garden through a personal link.
Who operates the system
yaya.garden is an order-management tool used by the farm that gave you this link, for recording orders, packing and picking. It is operated by Yaara Yaffe.
Who is responsible for your data
The farm you work for owns the data and is responsible for it. The system processes it on the farm's behalf only, and has no rights over it.
What is stored about you
Your name, and the actions you record in the system — packing amounts, picking progress and field reports, each attributed to you.
What it is used for
Running the farm's orders and harvest only. Nothing is used for marketing, and nothing is sold or passed to anyone besides the infrastructure providers that run the system.
Where it is stored
On secured cloud infrastructure (Vercel — hosting, Neon — database, Resend — operational emails), over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Cookies
The link uses operational cookies only — recognizing your personal link and remembering an approved sign-in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
To view, correct or delete data about you, contact the farm owner; the system helps the farm respond, as required by the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.
